Prestige Mobile Cleaning – Subscription Terms & Conditions

1. Billing & Payment

  • Recurring Charge: By subscribing, you authorize Prestige Mobile Cleaning to charge your credit card on file monthly on the anniversary date of your signup.

  • Failed Payments: Services will be paused immediately if payment fails. A grace period of 3 days is allowed to update payment info before the subscription is cancelled.

  • The Discount:

    • Weekly Plan: You receive $100 OFF the standard rate per service (limit 4 services per month).

    • Bi-Weekly Plan: You receive $50 OFF the standard rate per service (limit 2 services per month).

    • Note: Discount applies to the base price of the vehicle size on file. It cannot be combined with other coupons.

2. Scheduling & Service

  • “Use It or Lose It”: This is a maintenance schedule, not a bank of credits. Unused services do not rollover to the next month. If you skip a week voluntarily, that service is forfeited for the month.

  • Weather Policy: As a mobile service, we operate at the mercy of the weather. If rain, snow, or extreme temperatures prevent service, we will make every effort to reschedule you within the same week. If we cannot reschedule due to weather, a credit may be applied to the next month at our discretion.

  • Location: Service is available within our standard service area. Out-of-area requests may be subject to a trip fee or denied.

3. Vehicle Condition (The “Reset” Clause)

  • Initial Detail Required: To qualify for maintenance pricing, your vehicle must have been detailed by us within the last 30 days. If your car has not been cleaned recently, the first appointment will be charged as a “Full Detail” at standard pricing to bring it up to maintenance standards.

  • Excessive Condition Fees: The maintenance rate covers standard upkeep. As stated in our ads, extra fees will apply for:

    • Heavy pet hair removal.

    • Vomit, mold, or biohazards.

    • Excessive mud/dirt (e.g., off-roading).

    • These fees will be communicated and charged separately at the time of service.

4. Cancellation & Modifications

  • No Long-Term Contracts: You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Notice Period: We require a 7-day notice via email or text (678-274-9817) before your next billing cycle to cancel.

  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused services once the billing cycle has started.
