Depending on the severity of the hair and the type of carpet in your vehicle, pet hair removal can add anywhere from 30 minutes to over an hour to your service time.
We strive for perfection, but we are realistic. We can typically remove 90% to 95% of pet hair. Some hairs may be permanently woven into the fabric fibers or lodged in areas that are unreachable without disassembling the vehicle. However, the difference will be night and day, and your interior will feel drastically cleaner.
Removing the hair is the most important first step, as hair traps oils and bacteria that cause odors. However, if the smell has penetrated the foam of the seats or the carpet backing, we may recommend following up the hair removal with a Deep Shampoo or Ozone Treatment to fully neutralize the scent.
We recommend using seat covers or specialized pet hammocks if your furry friend travels with you often. Additionally, scheduling a "Maintenance Detail" with us every 2 weeks prevents the hair from getting matted down and woven into the carpet, making it much easier (and cheaper) to remove next time.
